How it works

Vox routes inbound calls through a real-time voice pipeline: Twilio Media Streams for telephony, Deepgram for speech-to-text, Claude for reasoning, and Cartesia for low-latency text-to-speech. Phone-first SMS authentication (via SignalWire) ties the platform together — one identity shared across all citizen apps.

Platform

Citizen apps (poker tracker, fantasy baseball manager, job search pipeline) are independently deployed Go services that share auth and expose a voice summary API. SMS one-time codes are used for authentication — no passwords.
